School Improvement Plan
The School Improvement Plan (SIP) is a working document used to set priorities and monitor progress throughout the year. The following action plans aim to bring our vision into fruition, uphold a culture of a continuous drive for improvement and give all children an experience of school that is ‘life in all its fullness’ (John 10:10).

Priority 1: Quality of Education: Implementation and Impact
1a) To further develop the quality of teaching and learning to ensure the highest possible standards are met in all phases of the school.
1b) To ensure the curriculum intent and implementation are resulting in demonstrable impact.
Priority 2: Leadership and Management: Culture of Continuous Improvement
2a) Leaders ensure the school vision and values are firmly established
2b) Leaders ensure there is a cohesive plan for professional development
2c) Embed the roles and responsibilities of all leaders
